Adding Shared Calendars

  • Select File
  • Select Open
  • Select Other User's Folder
  • Search by username for the calendar
  • Set Type to "Calendar"
  • Select "OK"

Adding Email Accounts

  • Accessing a Shared Email Account
  • Select File
  • Select Open
  • Select Other User's Folder
  • Search by username for the shared account
  • Set Type to "Inbox"
  • Select "OK"
