Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac is an email organizing application that also has the ability to work with calendars, contact sheets, and much more.
- Select File
- Select Open
- Select Other User's Folder
- Search by username for the calendar
- Set Type to "Calendar"
- Select "OK"
Adding Email Accounts
- Accessing a Shared Email Account
- Select File
- Select Open
- Select Other User's Folder
- Search by username for the shared account
- Set Type to "Inbox"
- Select "OK"
