Hi! I am Ken Graetz, Director of Teaching, Learning, and Technology Services at Winona State University. I am very fortunate to be working with a fantastic team of highly skilled, talented, and dedicated colleagues to help WSU students, faculty, and staff integrate technology into their academic and professional lives.

We rolled out this Mediawiki instance in fall 2011, after trying several other approaches to providing online documentation to the campus community. Although it can be a bit messy, we have been able to make more tacit information explicit with this wiki than with any other solution. Even better, we have been able to do it through collaboration across multiple boundaries, both within and beyond IT. This wiki is truly a team effort, but I am ultimately responsible for its content.
