This page lists applications that are useful in tracking personal health and wellness. There are many more applications out there, but here are some that are very inexpensive and still quite functional.

Applications for Health and Wellness

Health and wellness are important parts of our lives. Diet, exercise, and proper sleep are all important ingredients in success and happiness.

This page lists several applications for iPads, Android tablets, and MacBooks that can help you make informed decisions and track your health and wellness activities. All of these applications have been recommended by the Integrated Wellness Center. While this is not an exhaustive list and many more options are available through the iOS App Store, Google Play and the OS X App Store, this list includes some choices that are free or inexpensive.
