TSC Phone Support
The WSU TSC offers phone support for when you are unable to come in for help with your mobile device.
Phone support is available during all TSC hours of operation.
Phone Support is staffed with qualified technicians who will try to troubleshoot and resolve your problem over the phone. If this is not possible, a work order will be created and assigned to an on site technician to handle any issues regarding WSU desktops, printers, digital copiers, and the network. If you have a laptop computer, you will be asked to bring the laptop to Walk-in at our support center in Somsen 207.
