About this article

This article provides an introduction to the HP Elitebook X360 1030 G2 laptop. It is intended for all students and employees participating in the E-Warrior Digital Life and Learning Program scheduled to receive a new laptop in summer 2018.

Introducing the HP Elitebook X360 1030 G2

Debuted by HP in 2017, the EliteBook x360 1030 G2 was selected by WSU as the PC laptop option for the 2018-2019 academic year. Our model includes a 7th generation i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM, a 256 GB solid state drive, an integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 video card, a touchscreen, One USB Port Type-C with Thunderbolt, and Windows 10 pre-installed. This model does not include an internal CD-DVD Optical Drive. Those who need an external CD-DVD or Blue-ray Optical Drive have the option of renting these from Tech Support in Somsen 207, or from the Circulation Desk in Krueger Library.
