What's a special application?
A special application is one that is not available to the general campus community through the normal channels. Most of these applications are restricted to only those employees who need them. They either require special permission to install and use or cannot be installed without technical assistance.

Cerner Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
In partnership with WinonaHealth, selected WSU employees have access to their Cerner EMR services. This must be installed on the employee's computer by a Technical Support Center technician and the computer must be connected to a special, restricted network.
