This article is a tutorial on installing your Military CAC Reader and your CAC Card on your WSU laptop.

Helpful Tips
- Restart you PC.
- Try downloading Google Chrome and access AKO from Chrome.
- Clear your Browser Cache through IE settings.
- If presented with multiple certifications, click the third certification from the top.
- Clear all DOD certificates through IE.
