There are several applications that help you to keep your notes, memos, and other bits of information organized. Some of them just help you get your thoughts down quickly, others sync with online services that organize your notes for you.

Here are some of the top apps that you may want to consider using. The apps below can be found in the App Store on your iPad.

Evernote

Available for Apple iPad and Android. Evernote allows you to capture anything, access it anywhere, and find things fast. Evernote is the easy and powerful way to remember everything, from lifelong memories and vital information to daily reminders and to-do lists.

OneNote

Available for Apple iPad and Android. Microsoft OneNote is a full-fledged and robust note taking and organization tool. This app is easy to get started with and use, and makes note taking and organization incredibly simple.

Notability

Available only for Apple iPad. Notability is one of the most fully-featured note-taking programs for mobile devices. It supports text, images, and audio recordings, and contains a sketch pad that lets you not only draw new images, but also mark up images, web clips, and clip art that you import.
