Office & Administrative Specialist - Community of Practice

This group will be a place where front-line workers at Winona State can collaborate with each other on how they do their job and a place to learn new technology together. It is a community who wants to share their knowledge to help others become more efficient in the work that they do. This community will help create a broader expertise for all.

Schedule & Agendas

Meets the third Tuesday of the month from 10:00-11:00 am in Maxwell 151. Periodically we also meet in Rochester.

First part of the meeting: Introductions or unstructured time for networking to foster connections with others.

Second part of the meeting: Show or demonstrate how someone is proud of the way they are accomplishing a task or process.

Third part of the meeting: Training by TLT/IT/IPAR if scheduled into the agenda.

Closing: Create agenda items for future meetings.
