Under normal load 360p: equal to source duration 720p (MinnState KMS top-level flavor): 4x-8x source duration 1080p: 10x -15x source duration

Under heavy load Transcoding may take 2x (or more) the max processing time of normal load conditions 360p - 2x source duration 720p - 15x source duration 1080p - 30x source duration
