If you are exchanging your iPad, you will need to restore your files from a backup that you created on the Apple iCloud, external media, or OneDrive. You probably will want to restore your bookmarks from your favorite browsers. Any additional apps beyond the iPad Stock Applications will also need to be reinstalled on the new device.
Install Programs from Apple App Store
Select where you stored your backup

Restore Outlook Archives
If you backed up your archive.pst file, you will need to copy this file to your new laptop and configure Outlook to use it.
