Sponsored WSU Guest Account Request

"Sponsored WSU Guest Accounts" are limited network user accounts. These are intended for guests, visiting scholars, contractors, or outsourced business agents who need to interact with WSU campus network resources and/or university email, but do not have a typical employment contract on file with HR.

NOTE: The form can be filled out by anybody but it has to be sponsored by a Dean or a VP.
