Laptop is Lost or Stolen?

  • Contact the Technical Support Center TSC immediately to let them know that the laptop has been lost or stolen.

  • You will receive a copy of the "Notice of Loss" form to fill out. Fill the form out and return the completed form along with a copy of the POLICE REPORT to the TSC. Also include a list of everything that was stolen. The police report should come from where the laptop was stolen, whether it was in WSU or another city and state.
  • You will then be assigned another laptop.
  • Your account will be charged the laptop insurance deductible amount of $500.
