  • I am a new student at WSU and was wondering how to get my D2L username and password, as well as my WSU email.
    • If you give our Phone Support line a call at 507-457-5240 (option 1) we can get you your network username and password. That set of credentials will get you onto our Network and let you into both D2L Help and WSU Email.

Where can I find information about Microsoft Office 365 Services?

  • What is Microsoft Office 365?
  • How do I use this to set up Outlook?
  • Can I set email on my Android, or Apple mobile device?
  • What happens to my email when I graduate?
    • Your email account will be active for one full semester from the time you graduate. If you wish to keep it longer than that you need to call TSC Phone Support (507.457.5240) and ask for an extension.
