WSU uses three main types of permission levels: WSU Student, 2nd Tier Student and WSU PowerUsers
When an account is created the default permission level is set to WSU Student. To get your account upgraded to be able to distribute surveys along with attributes fill out the form to Upgrade Qualtrics Account.
