You can use your Zoom personal meeting to host a meeting rather than scheduling another meeting and generating a separate meeting link. When you activate your Minnesota State Zoom Pro host account, a persistent, personal meeting session is created for you automatically. Find the link to your personal meeting on your host profile page on the Zoom host web portal.

Finding your personal meeting link

  1. Sign in to the Zoom host web portal at https://minnstate.zoom.us using your StarID username (e.g., ab1234cd) and password.
  2. Select Profile on the left to open your Zoom host profile page.
  3. Locate the Meeting ID and meeting link to your personal meeting
