When you choose to make a Blank Template you will choose to use an empty page or a page that is "structured" with CSS Layout Blocks, just as you are prompted when you create a Blank HTML Page.
Using CSS Layout Blocks or "div" tags requires additional instructions which can be found in the section: "div" tags or CSS Layout Blocks.
