Here are instructions for saving your PowerPoint posters or files to PDF on a Mac.

In Power Point:

Note: Make sure you have the PowerPoint saved (as a *.pptx) just in case you need the original copy

1. Go to File, then Save as

Click on Save As


2. A dialog box will pop up, under File Format select PDF

Select PDF



3. Select the location where you want to save the document, click Save
