WW Norton

W.W. Norton has several products that can be integrated with D2L Brightspace, including InQuizitive, The Norton Ebook Reader, SmartWork, and ZAPS 2.0. The integration allows single-sign-on (SSO) and grade synching.

Including W.W. Norton content in your Brightspace course

Create the External Learning Tool

1. Go to Materials and select Content.
2. Create/go to the desired module in the table of contents.
3. Click on Existing Activities and select External Learning Tools.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Create New LTI Link.
5. Complete the fields in the Create window.
   1. Enter the text you wish to use for the title of the topic.
   2. Enter the URL that links to the W.W. Norton content.
   3. Select W.W. Norton from the pulldown menu.
   4. Click Create and Insert.

Grade sync through WileyPlus

After you have created the topic in the steps above, ...

1. Click on the name of the content topic.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click Add a grade item...
3. Select an existing grade from the Assessment menu or create a new grade by clicking New Grade Item.
4. Click Save.
