Office & Administrative Specialist - Community of Practice
The community is primarily for Office & Administrative Specialist, but not limited to this title. The CoP meets once a month to collaborate with others that share a passion for what they do. It is a place to share your knowledge to help other OAS's do their job more efficiently. Building this community will create a broader expertise for all.
Schedule & Agendas
Meet the third Tuesday of the month from 10:00-11:00 am in Maxwell 151.
First part of the meeting: Introductions or unstructured time for networking to foster connections with others.
Second part of the meeting: Show or demonstrate how someone is proud of the way they are accomplishing a task or process.
Third part of the meeting: Training by TLT/IT/IPAR if scheduled into the agenda.
Closing: Create agenda items for future meetings.
