Viewing your seating chart

Once you have created a seating chart for your class, you may want to view and/or print it at some time. To view or print your seating chart, follow these steps:

1. Go to Communication, select Seating Chart.
2. You will see a list of the available seating charts for the class. Find the seating chart you wish to view and click on its name.
3. Click the View Seating Chart button.
4. The seating chart will be displayed. There is a Print button at the top right that will allow you to print a hard copy or save the seating chart as a PDF.
