Your computer's name is its unique identifier on the Winona State network that is tied to your student account. It is highly advised you do not change your computer's name. Changing a laptop's computer name will disconnect you from the network and may lock you out of your computer completely. To resolve this issue bring the laptop to the Technical Support Center.
Do not change your computer's name for any reason.
