Download MediaSpace recordings

Enable visitors, including yourself, to download MediaSpace recordings by adjusting the download settings on a specific recording. Enable downloads permanently or for a limited time and control the quality of the downloaded file.

Protect your intellectual property

Before enabling the download feature on any recording, please consider the following:

• If the recording is published as Unlisted, anyone with the link will be able to download the recording while the feature is enabled.
• Adding someone as a collaborator on a recording does not enable them to download the recording. The download setting would still need to be enabled.
