Laptop Exchange: How will I know when it is time to exchange my laptop?

• The Technical Support Center will send you an email when it is time to exchange your current laptop. Be sure to check your WSU email account daily.
• You can check your exchange information on the MyWSU Portal at any time. Go to MyWSU Portal >Information Technology. You will see a section titled Laptop Exchange Info. It will tell you which laptop model you currently have and the serial number of that machine. It will also tell you when the laptop is due for exchange.
