Update your campus directory information

This article includes instructions for updating your personnel information listed in the campus directory. It is intended for all WSU employees.

What's the campus directory?

The campus directory is a component of our public website at www.winona.edu and includes information about each employee and department. To access the directory from any page on the university website:

  1. Select the Resources tab at the top of any page of our public website at www.winona.edu
  2. Select Directories
  3. Enter a name in the Search field and press enter or the Search button
  4. Select Sign In and log in to see more information

Updating directory information

Name

Contact HR to request an update to your legal or preferred name.

Job title

Contact your supervisor, who may be able to update the job titles of direct reports using Minnesota State eServices. Otherwise, contact the Technical Support Center (TechSupport@winona.edu, 507-457-5240, Somsen Hall 207).

Office location

Log into Warrior Space and complete the Office Updates Request Form.

Phone number

  • If you are part of an office move or are welcoming a new employee, log into Warrior Space and complete the Office Updates Request Form
  • Otherwise, contact the Technical Support Center (TechSupport@winona.edu, 507-457-5240, Somsen Hall 207)

Department name

Begin by talking to your supervisor, department chair, program director, or dean. Significant changes will require discussions between the department and HR.

To request changes to department location, phone, fax, email, or web address, contact the Technical Support Center (TechSupport@winona.edu, 507-457-5240, Somsen Hall 207).
