WordPress
- Student trying to import picture into WordPress. Picture was saved in Microsoft Word so student was actually trying to import a *.doc instead of a graphic file (jpg, png, etc) CGorak 15:20, 5 November 2012 (CST)
- Student's pages not showing up on their homepage. They had picked a theme that was not compatible and needed to choose a new theme. JFriedrich 10:23, 6 November 2012 (CST)

VmWare
- When trying to put the VmWare application into the Applications folder you might receive a message that says "critical......do not have permission to.....".
- Restart the computer and if you still receive the critical error bring the computer to walk in. After they run Disk Warrior and the problem persists the client needs a re-image (preferably to the Lion OS).
- Inform the client that a re-image is a possibility to fix the issue.
- The client will be prompted to back up their files using an external hard drive.
- The client has the option to have it done right away or have it scheduled at a certain date.

- The video files on the camera are in .mts format.
- In order to convert these files to mp4, use Handbrake.
