Use your laptop camera and microphone to stream in-person class meetings to accommodate students who may be absent for COVID-related reasons. Although your movement and the remote student's field of view will be limited, the laptop's internal camera and microphone can capture certain classroom activities effectively and the laptop can be repositioned as needed easily.
